At Crunch Jar USA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our food products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Returns

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@crunchjar.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Products damaged during transit
  • Incorrect products received
  • Missing items
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Refunds are not typically available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers outside our control

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Customs or regulatory inspections
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still require assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
